No Refund After Project Initiation
Once the project has been started, payments are generally non-refundable because work begins immediately after order confirmation.
Refund May Be Considered In These Cases
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed
- Wrong payment made due to technical error
Project Cancellation
If a client cancels the project after payment and after project work has started, no refund will be issued. However, we will try our best to resolve concerns through discussion, revisions, or support as per the selected package.
Revisions and Support
If there is any issue with the delivered work, we provide revisions and support according to the selected package. Our first priority is to complete the project professionally and satisfy the client.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take 5–7 working days to process depending on the payment gateway and bank processing time.
Important Note
Refund approval is subject to review. The final decision will depend on project status, payment reason, and work already completed.
